What the rules page says
The pilot is the substitute. He only lands on reels 2, 3 and 4 and stands in for everything except the scatter. The scatter is a red, white and blue roundel: 1 for two, 2 for three, 20 for four and 200 for five, multiplied by the total bet.
Three or more roundels anywhere award 25 free games with every prize tripled, and they can retrigger. The other rules are the usual ones: wins on different lines add up, only the highest win on each line is paid.

No. The old page described a horse wild and a trumpet scatter, which belong to a different game. On 3Win8 the wild is a pilot in a leather flying helmet and the scatter is an air force roundel.
