Star996, a betting website rather than an app
The one entry in the old menu that wasn't an app: a sports betting website with a single wallet. Its address is dead, and its bold claims didn't survive.
Star996 is the odd one out on this site. Everything else in the old menu was an app with its own game list, but Star996 was a betting website, mainly for sports. Its page had a gold logo, a stock picture of sports balls under a BIG BETS scoreboard, and a play-now button pointing at the site's address. That address no longer works, and we don't link it.
What the old page said
It described a single wallet: one username, one password and one payment method for the sports book and the casino, poker and bingo rooms said to sit beside it. It also talked up the company as registered and its casinos as first-rate. We found nothing to support either claim, so both are gone. Sports betting and online casinos are illegal in Malaysia, and no site taking bets from players here holds a Malaysian licence, whatever its footer says.
If someone offers you an account
Betting sites under old brand names come and go, and a familiar name is an easy way to collect deposits. The rules are the same as for any agent: don't hand over banking logins or a TAC, start with an amount you can afford to lose, and try a small withdrawal before anything else.

No. It was a betting website, mainly for sports, that you opened in a browser. There was no download and no game list.
Was Star996 licensed?
The old page claimed it was registered but named no regulator, so we removed the claim. Online betting of any kind is illegal in Malaysia, and a site that takes bets from Malaysian players isn't licensed here.
Can I still reach Star996 from here?
No. The web address on the old page no longer works, and we don't link it or any copy of it.
