Football Rules: shirts, a goalkeeper and a trophy bonus

A plain green pitch, 25 coloured line tabs down the sides and a row of club shirts: Football Rules is exactly what the name says. The old page praised its bold graphics and crowd noise. The screens back up the first part at least.

The pay table

The wild is a football fan with a red WILD flag and a foam hand. Five of them pay 10,000 times the line bet, and the wild counts as any symbol except the scatter and the bonus. Next come the goalkeeper (1000 for five), the referee with a whistle (500) and the football (400).

The five shirts are the low symbols. The blue and red striped number 10 pays 300 for five, the red and black number 1 pays 250, then white 11 (200), blue 2 (150) and red 7 (100). Wins go from left to right, and only the highest win per line is paid.

The scatter is a stadium seen from above. It pays 5, 10 or 50 times the total bet for three, four or five, on top of the line wins. The bonus symbol is a fan holding up a trophy, and it needs to land on reels 1 and 5 to start the bonus round.

LINES stayed at 25. PLAY was 0.01 GP a line (0.25 GP a spin) in most screens and 0.06 GP (1.50 GP) in the first.
