Live22, a sideways-scrolling slot lobby

Live22 greets you with a row of tall game tiles that scroll sideways under a thin top bar. On the left of that bar are a profile button, an announcement megaphone and the balance, MYR 0.00 in this screenshot. The tiles carry labels. Midnight Carnival and Gorilla's Tribe were marked NEW, Jingle Winnings and the half-hidden tile beside it HOT, and some had a TAP TO DOWNLOAD strip, meaning the game loads into the app the first time you open it. Gorillas Tribe is one of the games with a page here.

Inside a Live22 slot

The game screens share one layout. An ID and a small balance sit in the top left (we pixelate them on the game pages), the jackpot counter runs across the top centre, and a city badge such as Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo or Nanjing sits in the top right corner. Several games show a row of jackpot tiers under that. At the bottom are the TOTAL BET box with arrows on each side, MAX BET, AUTO SPIN, FAST and a big green SPIN. Wins are shown as "Line 15 Wins 15" style messages in the centre box.

Seven slots to start with

3x Dragon Supreme is a three-reel classic of bars and sevens with a dragon symbol marked 2x or 3x that multiplies a line win. Bruce the Legend is a kung fu slot with yin-yang, nunchaku and sunglasses symbols, a free spin symbol and a note that three jackpot symbols start the jackpot game. Dr. Eerie's Experiment moves into a laboratory with flasks, cheese and lab rats, a radioactive wild and a scatter.

Evil King Ox draws its characters from Chinese legend and places a column of red characters on the middle reel. God of Three is a fortune god slot where three scatters award free spins, and its screenshots include a reel full of gold ingots. Gummy Wonderland is sweets and gummy bears, with scatters for free spins. The app also has its own Highway Kings, nine lines of trucks and tyres with jackpot symbols mixed in.

How you get a Live22 ID

There is no sign-up inside Live22. An agent issues the ID and password. You pay by bank transfer, DuitNow or e-wallet into an account they give you, and they turn that into credit on the ID. To withdraw you ask them to take the credit back and pay your bank, and that step depends entirely on them. The old page talked up reputable developers and cheap excitement; what matters more is who holds your money. Start small, try a withdrawal early, keep screenshots, and never hand over a TAC.

Putting it on a phone

Live22 is not in Google Play or the App Store. On Android you have to allow a single app to install unknown apps, and it's worth revoking that permission once the install is done. On iPhone the app runs on an enterprise developer profile that you trust in Settings, and Apple revokes such profiles when they're used for public distribution, so the app can stop opening one day. Only take the file from whoever issued your ID, and refuse accessibility or SMS permissions.
