Zha Jin Hua, three cards for Dragon and three for Phoenix

Zha Jin Hua, sometimes called Golden Flower, is a Chinese three-card game usually played round a table with raises and bluffs. Allbet's live version strips that out. The dealer lays three cards for 龙 Dragon and three for 凤 Phoenix, and you bet on the stronger hand, a lot like baccarat with poker hands.
Hand ranking
A strip under the felt spells out the order from best to worst: 豹子 (three of a kind), 同花顺 (straight flush), 同花 (flush), 顺子 (straight), 对子 (pair) and 散牌 (high card). Note that a flush outranks a straight in this game.
The bets
Dragon and Phoenix sit at the two ends and each pays 1:0.95. The centre holds side bets that pay on the winning hand's type: 对8以上, a pair of 8s or better, at 1:2, 豹子 at 1:120, 同花顺 at 1:100, 同花 at 1:8 and 顺子 at 1:7. A small percentage circle beside each main box shows how the table's money is split between the two sides.
How a round runs
The countdown sits top left, the chips run from 50 to 5,000, and 确定 confirms your stake. Once betting closes, the dealer turns the cards and a window top left shows both hands.
In this round Dragon held an eight-high 散牌 and Phoenix a pair of aces with a jack, so 凤赢 flashed and the 100 on Phoenix came back with +95. The road map lists each round's winner and hand type, and the counts beside it read 24 Dragon, 26 Phoenix and 13 rounds of a pair of 8s or better.

Why does a winning 100 bet pay 95?

Yes. The ranking strip on the table reads triple, straight flush, flush, straight, pair, high card, so a flush ranks above a straight.
