Ebet's Bai Jia Le room in these screenshots is labelled VVIP, and the numbers match: bets from 300 up to 300,000. The rules are ordinary baccarat. What stands out is the squeeze, where one player on each side gets to turn the cards.
The felt
Five areas cover the table. Player 闲 pays 1:1, Banker 庄 1:0.95 and Tie 和 1:8, stacked in the middle, while 闲对 Player Pair and 庄对 Banker Pair sit at the ends at 1:11. The small numbers round the edge are seat positions. Chips run 10, 100, 500, 1000, 2000 and 5000, with arrows to scroll them. The three buttons on the right are an undo arrow, a cross to clear and a tick to confirm.
The squeeze
Top right, the panel counts players on each side and shows 闲余 and 庄余, which appear to be how much room is left under the 300,000 table cap on Player and Banker. Below it, the 咪主 boxes name the squeezer for each side, blurred here. They squeeze their side's cards once betting closes.
This round ended in a tie. Each side drew an 8 and a 9, which is 17 and counts as 7, and the ring top right switched from 请下注 (place bets) to 结算中 while bets settled.
Road maps
The strip under the table holds the whole set: 珠盘路 (the bead plate), 大路 (big road), 大眼路, 小路 and 甲由路 (the derived roads), with 闲问路 and 庄问路 buttons that preview where the next result would go. They are records, not forecasts.

The squeezer. In a squeeze room one player on each side, usually the one with the largest bet, is named 咪主 and turns that side's cards slowly on screen. Everyone else watches the reveal.
What happened in the tied round in the screenshots?
Both sides drew an 8 and a 9, which makes 17 and counts as 7. That is a Tie, which pays 1:8. Under standard baccarat rules, Player and Banker bets are returned on a tie, but check the table rules.
Why do the limits look so high?
