Lost Island and its stacked purple lotus

The Lost Island in question has a stone temple overgrown with jungle, with purple petals wrapped round the logo. Most of the old screenshots were taken in an Android emulator, so a NoxPlayer title bar runs across the top of some of them.
The reels
The picture symbols are relics: a gold conch shell, a skin drum, a triangular stone block set with amber, a necklace with a pale blue stone, and a red and gold carved disc. The letters 9 to A are carved in stone. The wild is a glowing purple lotus, and the scatter is a round gold medallion marked SCATTER.
Line tabs run 1 to 25 on each side. Most of the shots are at 25 lines with BET 0.25. Wins at that stake ranged from 0.05 to 1.32, the largest when the lotus stacked down reel 2 and most of reel 3 and the message bar read "You won on 16 lines".
The later shots drop to 1 line at 0.01. After a win a red GAMBLE button appears in the corner, next to AUTO START and SPIN. MAJOR, RANDOM and MINOR counters run across the very top.

What does a spin cost in the screenshots?
Two settings appear: 25 lines with the BET box at 0.25, and 1 line at 0.01. The plus and minus buttons change lines and bet separately.
What is the Gamble button?
A red dice button in the bottom right corner that appears after a win. It lets you risk that win for a bigger one. You can lose the whole win on it too.
